Kylie Minogue charity shoesHow does it feel to walk in a celebrity's shoes? Now you can find out, as a whole host of famous faces have put their best foot forward and donated a pair of their red carpet-worthy shoes to Macmillan Cancer Support, which will auction them as part of their annual In Their Shoes ball.
Kylie Minogue, Cindy Crawford and Christian Louboutin are just a few of the big name supporters of this year's initiative, which is sponsored by Capita and will raise money to support Macmillan's work in providing essential information, expert medical care, emotional support and financial help for people affected by cancer.
It's a certainly a cause close to Kylie's heart and the popstrel, who battled breast cancer in 2005, has contributed a spectacular, signed pair of Moschino heels to prove it.
The In Their Shoes ball takes place on 19 November but anyone considering bidding on some famous fancy footwear - or even just sneaking a peek at a piece of their heroine's wardrobe - should schedule in a trip to London's iconic Burlington Arcade, where the shoes are on display from now until 18 November. Each pair is featured in a different shop window, creating a glamorous 'shoe trail' through the arcade.
